KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures Customer Satisfaction
• Apply the GET Involved customer service approach by greeting each customer, engaging during transactions, and thanking them for their business.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to make helpful recommendations.
• Treat customers and team members with respect and appreciation, minimizing checkout wait times and acknowledging waiting customers.
• Promote and suggest services such as Credit, Extended Warranty, Tool Rental, and Pro Services.

Maintains Safety, Security and Shrink Mitigation
• Follow all Safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Adhere to front-end processes designed to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
