NCR Atleos, a global leader in financial access and self-service technology, is building a talent pool for Cash in Transit (CIT) Officers in Birmingham. This is a critical security role centered on the safe transport and deployment of cash and valuables to ATM networks and retail locations. You will operate as a driver or courier, working in a high-security environment that demands strict adherence to safety protocols, precise documentation, and reliable timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities

Security & Transit: Ensure the secure transport of valuables, switching between driving and courier duties as required by operational schedules.

ATM Servicing: Manage the physical replenishment and maintenance of ATM cash supplies.

Operational Compliance: Adhere to the Highway Code and company safety policies with 100% precision. Complete all associated documentation accurately to meet daily service targets.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain professional working relationships with internal branch management and external customers during every delivery/collection.

Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to the management team regarding any operational concerns or security risks.
Key Requirements & Vetting

Traceable History: You must be able to provide a 10-year continuous employment and education history. Any gaps must be fully accounted for.

Licensing: A valid Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points). A CVIT SIA licence is desirable; if you hold one, you receive a £1,000 joining bonus after probation. If you do not have one, NCR Atleos provides fully funded training.

Security Clearance: Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive criminal record and credit background checks.
Shifts & Benefits

Schedule: 45 hours per week. Flexible patterns: 4 days (11.25 hours/day) or 5 days (9 hours/day). Shifts operate between 4:20 AM and 8:00 PM.
