Job Summary: Care Professional
Home Instead is hiring Care Professionals in Colorado Springs to provide essential non-medical support to seniors. This role is focused on “aging in place,” allowing clients to remain in the comfort of their own homes with dignity and safety. As a Care Pro, you are more than just a helper; you are a companion and a vital link between the client and their family, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met daily.
Key Responsibilities

Personal Care: Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.

Specialized Support: Deliver compassionate care for seniors facing complex challenges, specifically focusing on Alzheimer’s/Dementia and Hospice support.

Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversation and activities to stimulate cognitive health and reduce social isolation.

Home Environment: Contribute to a clean, safe, and positive living space for the client.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs of activities and proactively communicate significant changes in the client’s physical or mental health to the office staff.
