Call Center Agents – Female | Colombo 5
Languages Required: English + Tamil Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMLocation: Mireka Tower, Col 5
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Tamil.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English and Tamil (both spoken and written) – mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism during customer interactions.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
