Your Impact

Your mission is to elevate the everyday. From the first pour to the final transaction, you ensure every guest feels the “Leave it Better” philosophy.

  • Craft & Connection: Deliver a premium cafe experience by mastering our menu and engaging attentively with every guest.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a local expert, sharing your passion for the outdoors and Arc’teryx innovation.

  • Continuous Evolution: Partner with store leadership to provide feedback, drive sales, and support community initiatives.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a pristine, safe, and organized workspace. You’ll handle everything from equipment calibration to processing transactions and managing inventory (handling boxes up to 30 lbs).

  • Collaborative Spirit: Support the wider retail team in various store tasks, ensuring a seamless flow between the cafe and the floor.

Availability & Expectations

  • Standard Availability: Minimum of one opening shift, one closing shift, and one weekend shift per week.

  • Peak Season: Mandatory availability for “Black Friday” and the holiday season (early December through the return period).

  • Flexibility: Shifts may adjust based on business needs at the discretion of the Store Manager.


Compensation & Culture

Pay Range: $23.10 – $27.20 per hour Actual pay is determined by your unique skillset, experience, and training. This base range does not include our competitive bonus programs and comprehensive benefits.
