Job Summary: Business Teacher (KS4/5)
Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a passionate and driven Business Teacher to join a highly successful Business Department at an Outstanding Secondary School in Luton. This role is available for an April start and is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators. You will be teaching Business Studies to Key Stage 4 and 5 students within a supportive environment that prioritizes professional development and collaborative culture.

Requirements

Qualifications: A Degree in Business (or a related subject) and a PGCE or QTS.

Experience: Proven experience teaching Business to KS4 and KS5. Experience teaching Economics is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Availability: Ready to commence the role in April 2026.
Salary and Benefits

Pay Scale: Paid to scale on a permanent contract (MPS1 – UPS3).

Additional Incentives: TLR (Teaching and Learning Responsibility) payments available for suitable candidates.

Working Pattern: Full-time preferred, but part-time schedules will be considered.
