We are expanding our Sri Lanka operations and are looking for talented Business Development Executives to join our energetic team.

✨ What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ experience in Sales or Business Development
• A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
• Strong computer literacy, especially MS Outlook
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
• Experience mentoring junior staff (an advantage)

💼 What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the heart of our growth:
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → follow-up → conversion → post-sale care
• Respond to enquiries and guide prospective learners via email, WhatsApp and other channels
• Use social media and other platforms for lead generation and research
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Build and nurture long-lasting learner relationships
• Contribute insights on market trends and lead quality
• Grow into a Team Leader role by demonstrating leadership, consistency and strong results
