The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and support the delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyse business requirements- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories- Collaborate with technical and project teams to support solution design and delivery- Assist in defining business processes and identifying areas for improvement- Support testing efforts including test case preparation and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination- Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycleRequirements- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Proficiency in documentation and process mapping tools- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline)Desirable / Added Advantage- Experience or exposure to project coordination or project management- Familiarity with Scrum methodology and/or experience in a Scrum Master role- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g. PMP, CSM)Apply now: careers@alliontechnologies.comLet’s grow together with Allion Sri Lanka!www.alliontechnologies.com
