Expert Analysis
The Vancouver commercial market in 2026 is seeing a “flight to quality” as office spaces stabilize after the 2025 challenges. For a Brokerage Coordinator, this means a higher volume of sophisticated “Lease Abstracts” and “Opinions of Value.” Cushman & Wakefield’s Vancouver office is known for its collaborative culture; success here often hinges on your ability to anticipate a broker’s needs before they ask.
