Overview

The Brokerage Coordinator serves as the “engine room” for a team of commercial real estate brokers. You will handle everything from the initial property listing and digital marketing campaigns to the final closing documents. This role requires a unique blend of organizational prowess, marketing creativity (using tools like InDesign), and technical data analysis to help our clients make informed decisions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Deal Management: Organize and prepare critical transaction documents including Confidentiality Agreements (CAs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), and listing agreements.

  • Strategic Marketing: Design and execute digital marketing strategies, manage social media for the team, and create high-quality listing pitches and proposals.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends using platforms like SiteSolutions and Autoprop to prepare surveys and “Opinions of Value” for clients.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for prospect inquiries and coordinate property tours and tour packages.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and update our CRM (Salesforce) to track client interactions and deal progress accurately.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial real estate setting.

  • Education: College or University degree is strongly preferred; a Real Estate License is a significant asset.

  • Technical Toolkit: Proficient in MS Office (Expert Excel/PowerPoint) and a plus if you have Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) skills.

  • Communication: Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with a flair for copy-writing.
