Daily Responsibilities and Tasks

Joins in sessions with current and potential patrons

Partners with consumers to create insurance strategies and promotional plans for upcoming renewals and new accounts

Works with business development leads to assist in expansion plans and targeted sales efforts

Coordinates on regional projects centered on Property and Casualty insurance sectors

Offers direction, coaching, and instruction to help foster the growth of junior Brokers within the domestic unit

Develops effective professional ties with colleagues and senior-level experts both inside and outside the firm to share data and provide advice

Evaluates consumer-specific threats and defines necessary insurance parameters

Crafts and delivers promotional pitches for contract renewals and fresh accounts

Negotiates with insurance writers to secure optimal rates and stipulations regarding costs and protection

Coordinates with carriers to verify that the conditions of the brokered agreement are fulfilled

Authorizes paperwork for fresh agreements, policy adjustments, inclusions, removals, and renewals

Creates links and fosters ties within the underwriting sector to secure top-tier pricing and protection for Aon’s patrons

Executes additional pertinent tasks as necessary
