Core Responsibilities

How will you contribute to our mission?

Intermediary Relations – Oversee partnerships with prominent Canadian brokerages alongside the Chief Underwriting Officers for Middle Market and Large Commercial segments in Canada by:

  • examining and applying metrics to strengthen bonds with distribution associates throughout the country;

  • guaranteeing that brokers remain fully apprised of the risk appetites for different business segments and discovering paths for the promotion or cross-selling of extra services and products;

  • verifying that AXA XL obtains all contracted deliverables, data sets, and assistance from intermediary partners;

  • collaborating with Compliance and Legal departments to oversee broker agreements; and

  • creating and launching further programs designed to improve commercial interactions and the profitability of the portfolio.

Client Relations – Assist the Head of Client & Distribution for Canada in managing vital consumer accounts by:

  • defining and demonstrating the value AXA XL provides beyond standard policies to foster enduring, profitable development over time; and

  • aiding in the delivery of a superior interaction experience when engaging with One AXA.

Product Synergy – Coordinate with every AXA XL business line to promote:

  • a corporate environment that prioritizes the consumer;

  • a perspective defined by concentration, readiness, and agility in collaborative problem-solving; and

  • expansion within the sector of Programs and Delegated Underwriting Authorities.

This position reports directly to the Head of Client and Distribution, Canada.
