What the day will look like

  • Lobbying Underwriters to obtain superior terms, conditions, and favorable rates for both fresh and current accounts.

  • Auditing all insurance records and contracts for precision in alignment with agreed-upon stipulations.

  • Partnering with Account Executives to create promotional plans and coverage strategies for prospect acquisition and renewals.

  • Examining individual client risk vulnerabilities and outlining specific protection needs; drafting and delivering marketing pitches for new and renewal business.

  • Developing, securing, and sustaining constructive ties within the underwriting sector for the maximum advantage of the consumer.

  • Tracking progress with insurance carriers to verify that the requirements of negotiated agreements are fulfilled.

  • Authorizing paperwork for policy adjustments, fresh agreements, renewals, removals, and additions.

  • Serving as a peer instructor and guide for the broader Broking department.

  • Offering advice, mentorship, and leadership to Broking Coordinators and Associate Brokers.

  • Setting a standard for excellence by sharing and modeling best practices across all business sectors.

  • Executing additional relevant tasks and responsibilities as designated.
