Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Compliance: Create essential insurance paperwork, including binders, certificates of insurance, and slips.

  • Credit Insurance Management: Assist clients with Trade Credit Insurance limit requests—a specialized area where you help businesses insure their accounts receivable against non-payment.

  • Client Advisory: Act as a client-facing communicator to gather risk information for new business and renewals.

  • Account Support: Assist producers and account managers in managing policy renewals and delivering endorsement documents.

  • Platform Management: Process payments and endorsements through insurance company portals (e.g., Intact, Aviva) and maintain accurate data in Applied EPIC.
