You will lead the overarching brand strategy, identifying and managing high-profile sponsorships—ranging from sports and arts to industry-leading summits—to elevate the firm’s market presence. Key Responsibilities
The Brand & Sponsorship Lead is responsible for the firm’s public-facing narrative and partnership ecosystem:

Strategic Brand Leadership: Define and execute the long-term brand roadmap, ensuring consistent messaging and “Semantic DNA” across all global touchpoints.

Sponsorship Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships and sponsorships that align with the brokerage’s elite market positioning.

Integrated Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ATL (Above-The-Line), and BTL (Below-The-Line) channels.

Data-Driven Optimization: Interpret complex market data and campaign analytics to refine brand strategies and prove ROI on sponsorship investments.

Stakeholder & Leadership: Act as a primary advisor to senior leadership on brand health and partnership opportunities, maintaining strong communication across internal departments.
