Job Duties

Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of brand marketing initiatives to drive awareness and resonance within the New York market.

Strategic Briefing: Develop comprehensive creative briefs that provide clear direction to internal design teams and external agency partners.

Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all marketing materials across digital and physical touchpoints adhere to global identity standards.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and consumer sentiment to identify opportunities for unique brand positioning.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate with Product, Sales, and PR teams to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated and support overall business objectives.

Asset Production: Manage the production timeline for diverse marketing collateral, including social media content, OOH (out-of-home) advertising, and retail displays.

Performance Tracking: Analyze brand health metrics and campaign KPIs to produce detailed reports for senior leadership.

Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of high-profile brand activations, pop-ups, and partnership events in the NYC area.

Budget Oversight: Track project expenditures to ensure all marketing activities remain within the allocated annual budget.

Agency Relations: Maintain day-to-day communication with vendors and agencies to ensure deliverables are met on time and with high creative quality.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related communications field.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within a consumer-facing or lifestyle brand.

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate consumer insights into creative strategies and measurable marketing tactics.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively to stakeholders.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex workflows and multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Brand Fluency: A deep understanding of brand architecture, including visual identity, tone of voice, and brand equity principles.

Data Literacy: Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure brand sentiment and campaign ROI.

Technical Savvy: Comfort with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Local Insight: Extensive knowledge of the New York media landscape and local cultural trends.

Location: Based in or willing to relocate to the New York metropolitan area for full-time, on-site collaboration.
