Job Duties

  • Execute brand marketing initiatives that increase awareness and strengthen market positioning within the New York region.

  • Develop integrated campaign briefs that provide clear strategic direction to creative and media agency partners.

  • Monitor brand health metrics and consumer sentiment across various digital and traditional touchpoints.

  • Coordinate the production of marketing assets to ensure all materials align with global brand guidelines and local cultural nuances.

  • Manage the project timeline for product launches and seasonal brand activations from concept through to post-campaign analysis.

  • Collaborate with the social media team to ensure brand storytelling remains consistent and engaging across all platforms.

  • Analyze competitor branding strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for unique brand differentiation.

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between product, sales, and legal teams to ensure marketing compliance.

  • Support the planning and execution of brand-led events, sponsorships, and high-profile partnerships.

  • Track and report on marketing budget expenditures to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.


Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related communications field.

  • Demonstrate significant experience in brand management or marketing roles, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods or lifestyle sector.

  • Exhibit a sophisticated understanding of brand architecture and the elements of visual and verbal identity.

  • Show evidence of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable impact on brand equity.

  • Communicate with high levels of clarity and persuasion when presenting brand concepts to internal stakeholders.

  • Apply strong project management skills to oversee complex workflows involving multiple creative contributors.

  • Display a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate consumer insights into creative marketing strategies.

  • Maintain a current knowledge of digital marketing trends and the evolving media landscape in North America.

  • Work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a sharp focus on aesthetic and strategic detail.

  • Reside in the New York metropolitan area for full-time, property-level collaboration and event oversight.
