Job Description

Do you believe that coffee is more than just a drink—that it is an experience, an art, and a ritual? Nespresso is seeking a Boutique Team Leader to join our Calgary leadership team. We don’t just sell coffee machines; we provide the ultimate coffee “lifestyle.” If you have the “grit” to manage a high-volume boutique during the holiday rush and the “wit” to educate a guest on the subtle notes of a limited-edition Grand Cru, you belong at our tasting bar.

In this role, you are a “Culture Catalyst.” You understand that a luxury boutique is a stage, and every interaction is a performance. We look for leaders who are “obsessively passionate” about excellence—those who see a smudge on a machine or a dip in sales and take immediate, proactive steps to correct it. Your goal is to make the Nespresso Boutique the gold standard for retail in Calgary by fostering a team that is as knowledgeable as they are welcoming.

Joining Nestlé Nespresso means joining a global leader that values sustainability and professional growth. We offer a compensation package that reflects your expertise and a culture that celebrates innovation and “Integrity-first” leadership. We provide a workplace where you can grow your career within the vast Nestlé network while working with a product you truly believe in. If you are a self-motivated professional ready to lead the future of coffee retail in Alberta, we invite you to apply.
