Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a board member at WorkNest Academy.
The Board Member will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the organization, provide governance oversight, and offer guidance on policies and key decisions.
Responsibilities include attending board meetings, advising on initiatives, reviewing operational and financial performance, and offering expertise to support organizational growth.
As a Board Member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the Academy’s mission and help individuals achieve professional success.
Qualifications
Leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
Experience in Sales, Lead generation or organizational development
Strong networking abilities and collaborative skills to build and sustain partnerships
Expertise in areas such as education, training, remote work, or professional skills development
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Commitment to the mission of empowering individuals for remote work and financial independence
Previous board experience is a plus
Ability to dedicate time to participate in board meetings and initiatives
