Job Responsibilities

The Helpdesk professional ensures the seamless “behind-the-scenes” flow of hospitality services:

  • Service Request Management: Acting as the first point of contact for all service calls and emails, prioritizing requests based on urgency and operational impact.

  • Bilingual Liaison: Translating and communicating complex guest or tenant requirements from Arabic to English (and vice versa) for the operations and technical teams.

  • Operational Coordination: Dispatching work orders to property management and maintenance teams and tracking them through to successful completion.

  • Administrative Support: Maintaining accurate databases of service logs, tenant communications, and operational reports for the senior management team.

  • Quality Assurance: Following up with guests or residents to ensure their requests were handled to their satisfaction, maintaining the company’s “premier” reputation.

  • Crisis Management: Remaining calm and “proactive” during high-pressure situations or emergency service outages to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
