Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Connection: Engage with and understand our customers, discovering their needs through clear, pleasant, and authentic communication.

  • Craftsmanship: Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customizes them to meet specific customer requests (adjusting temperature, ingredients, or substitutions).

  • Operational Standards: Maintain store policies, including cash handling, safety, and security.

  • Team Support: Perform diverse tasks within the store during each shift, working together as one unit.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience: No previous experience required.

  • Punctuality: Maintain regular and consistent attendance.

  • Flexibility: Available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

  • Skills: Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and build strong interpersonal relationships within a team.
