Whether working at a busy drive-thru location or a neighborhood café, you will operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that prioritizes speed, quality, and customer service.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Beverages: Preparing handcrafted espresso-based drinks, teas, and cold beverages to standard, ensuring consistent quality and flavor.

  • Customer Connection: Engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and resolving concerns with a positive, “customer-first” attitude.

  • Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently handling cash and digital transactions, managing the Starbucks Rewards program, and suggesting food pairings.
