Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional, friendly service and handle customer inquiries or complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

Beverage Preparation: Skillfully prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks according to company standards.

Menu Knowledge: Communicate the story behind the menu and provide expert recommendations while maintaining awareness of allergen procedures.

Workspace Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized coffee bar and surrounding areas in compliance with COSHH, health and safety, and food safety standards.

Operational Duties: Monitor stock levels, process payments via till systems, and assist the team with varied tasks as required.
