The Role: Your Impact

As the face of Blank Street, you will own the customer experience from the first greeting to the final sip.

Exceptional Service: Turn every visitor into a regular through welcoming, engaging, and consistent hospitality.
Craft & Precision: Operate within a world-class coffee program, using top-tier equipment to prepare delicious coffee, matcha, and seasonal beverages.
Operational Mastery: Maintain a deep understanding of our brand “playbooks,” ensuring food safety (DOH standards) and product quality are never compromised.
Waste & Inventory Management: Utilize smart systems to monitor par levels and minimize wastage during business peaks and lulls.
Community Growth: Partner with Operations and Marketing to drive foot traffic, build neighborhood loyalty, and increase store profitability.

Requirements

Experience: 1+ years in a customer service role (hospitality or specialty coffee preferred).
Age: 18+ years old.
Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25+ lbs.
Legal: Authorized to work in the U.S. (Blank Street participates in E-Verify).
Availability:
- Full-Time: 30–40 hours/week (4–5 days). Must work 2 peak days (Fri/Sat/Sun).
- Part-Time: 15–25 hours/week (3 days). Must work 2 peak days (Fri/Sat/Sun).
- Weekend and holiday availability is highly preferred.
