We are looking for Main Bar Baristas to serve as ambassadors of coffee innovation, guiding our guests through a premium sensory journey.

As a partner at the Main Bar, you aren’t just making coffee—you’re a steward of quality and a leader in hospitality. You will bridge the gap between our Starbucks Reserve® Roastery, our artisanal Kitchen, and the guest, ensuring every visit is an unforgettable shared experience.

At the Main Bar, you are the heartbeat of a high-speed, high-innovation environment.

Coffee & Culinary Expert

Brand Ambassador: Act with integrity and knowledge to promote the mission of Starbucks Reserve®.
Product Mastery: Serve as the definitive expert on complex menus, rare coffee beans, and artisanal food ingredients.
Consistency & Style: Deliver handcrafted beverages and food items that adhere to meticulous recipe and presentation standards.
Resilience: Maintain a calm, composed demeanor during high-volume periods or rapid innovation cycles.

Premium Service & Sales

Connection: Set the tone with an inviting demeanor, offering personalized recommendations and pairings to deepen guest appreciation.
Anticipation: Evaluate the environment and customer cues to stay one step ahead of store needs.
Demonstration: Lead equipment demonstrations and share the stories behind our unique brewing methods.

Technical Operations

Culinary Craft: Prepare, finish, and assemble food items; this includes proofing various doughs and laminates.
Precision: Utilize production planning tools to ensure 100% item availability and flawless inventory management.
Organization: Maintain a “stage-ready” workspace that is clean, sanitized, and organized for peak efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

We want to hear from individuals who are passionate about the intersection of service and craft.

Basic Requirements:

Experience: Background in service, culinary, restaurant, or entertainment industries (e.g., theater, specialty retail, hospitality).
Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs consistently, and perform physical movements (bending, reaching, climbing) without limitation.
Mental Agility: Ability to memorize complex menus and ingredients and follow precise oral/written instructions.
Flexibility: Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certification: Health code certification per local jurisdictional requirements.

Preferred Skills:

1–2 years of specialty retail sales.
Basic culinary knife skills and experience with pizza making or baking.
Ability to carry and balance a service tray.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
