Key Responsibilities

Customer Excellence: Provide welcoming and engaging service, aiming to turn every visitor into a loyal regular.
Coffee Craftsmanship: Operate industry-leading equipment (Eversys Cameos and Shot Masters) to prepare high-quality coffee and cafe beverages.
Operations: Maintain store standards, manage par levels to minimize wastage, and ensure all food and beverage handling meets strict quality control measures.
Safety & Standards: Strictly adhere to all Health, Safety, and Food Safety regulations.
Growth Initiatives: Actively participate in marketing and operational initiatives to drive foot traffic, sales, and brand loyalty within the neighborhood.

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry.
Availability: * Part-Time: 24 hours/week, 3 days of availability required (must include 2 peak days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Full-Time: 35 hours/week, 4–5 days of availability required (must include 2 peak days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
Skills: Strong multi-tasking and communication skills, ability to solve problems independently, and a natural curiosity for learning.
Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the UK.
Attitude: A friendly, enthusiastic team player with a strong sense of urgency during busy periods.
