Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Pull the perfect espresso every time with consistent attention to detail.

  • Customer Engagement: Chat with customers about coffee origins and brewing, acting as a brand ambassador.

  • Technical Growth: Push latte art boundaries on every drink served and maintain speed of service under pressure.

  • Shop Maintenance: Keep the bar and seating areas clean, tidy, and organized during busy shifts.

  • Teamwork: Participate in weekly performance meetings and monthly shop coffee assessments.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of Barista experience is required.

  • Skills: Ability to pick up new skills quickly and work effectively in a high-pressure hospitality environment.

  • Communication: Fluent in English with a fun, outgoing personality and a good sense of humour.

  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
