We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our Back of House (BOH) team at our premier Paramount Plaza location in the heart of Broadway.

The Role: A Triple-Threat Specialist

Unlike a traditional cafe role, the Barista / Apps position at Din Tai Fung is a dynamic, high-energy Back of House role. You will be the engine behind three of our most vital stations, ensuring every guest receives the quality and consistency we are famous for.

Your Station Rotation:

• The Boba Station: Hand-crafting our signature teas and specialty drinks according to strict DTF recipes.

• The Side Station: Artfully plating our world-class appetizers with precision and speed.

• The Packing Station: Meticulously organizing and packing takeout orders to ensure the “first-class dining experience” translates perfectly to the home.

What You’ll Do

• Execute Excellence: Follow established SOPs and recipes to ensure every drink and dish meets our global quality standards.

• Maintain the Flow: Keep all three stations (Boba, Side, and Packing) clean, sanitized, and organized.

• Manage Inventory: Take regular stock of supplies and proactively restock to stay ahead of the rush.

• Collaborate: Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment where communication is key.
