As a Barista at our 9 West 57th Street location, you are a vital part of a team that values Craftsmanship, Sustainability, and Community. You will work in a high-profile environment where every pour is an opportunity to provide impeccable service and reflect our “Doing Good through Food” philosophy.

The Role: Craft & Service

You will be the face of the café, balancing technical beverage skills with a sophisticated, guest-first approach.

Hospitality Excellence: Provide elevated, warm service, proactively anticipating guest needs and offering detailed knowledge of our coffee, tea, and artisanal baked goods.
Precision Preparation: Craft high-quality, consistent beverages and assemble food items with a sharp eye for presentation and standards.
Operational Flow: Manage the POS system with accuracy, handle opening/closing procedures, and assist with inventory organization.
Environment Stewardship: Maintain a polished, organized, and hygienic café space, ensuring all equipment and service areas meet our high standards.

Who You Are

The Professional: You have 1–2 years of hospitality experience and possess a polished demeanor suited for a premier NYC corporate or cultural environment.
The Artisan: You have a genuine passion for food and beverage, with the ability to articulate flavor profiles and menu details to guests.
The Team Player: You are dependable, punctual, and thrive in collaborative settings.
The Performer: You work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, capable of standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
The Compliant Pro: You are comfortable with POS systems and cash handling. (A Food Handler’s Certificate is a major plus!)
