The Role: Craft, Community, & Growth

As a Barista at The Showroom Bakehouse, you are the face of our neighborhood cafes. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality beverages while maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere our regulars love.

Key Responsibilities:

Coffee Excellence: Prepare espresso-based drinks and drip coffee with consistency and technical skill.
Guest Connection: Provide advanced-level English communication and friendly service to our diverse New York clientele.
Cafe Efficiency: Handle orders and transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring a smooth flow during busy periods.
Operational Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace to ensure the highest standards for our guests.
Supportive Teamwork: Work collaboratively with teammates to help our small business reach its expansion goals.

What You Bring to the Bar

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous barista experience is required. You should be comfortable behind a machine and familiar with café workflows.
