As a Barista at The Showroom Bakehouse, you are the face of our expansion. You will:

Master the Bar: Deliver consistent, high-quality espresso and specialty drinks with speed and precision.
Foster Community: Provide the friendly, welcoming service that makes our neighborhood locations feel like home.
Maintain the Standard: Keep our workspace clean, organized, and ready for the rush, ensuring every guest has a top-tier experience.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically seeking experienced baristas who can navigate a fast-paced environment with ease.

Expertise: Previous professional barista experience is required. You should be comfortable dialing in espresso and steaming milk to perfection.
Communication: Advanced English skills are essential for connecting with our guests and collaborating with the team.
Flexibility: We are looking for team members with open availability to help cover our busy shifts.
Professionalism: Reliability, punctuality, and a “can-do” attitude are the keys to success in our shops.
