Core Responsibilities

Night Audit Execution: Perform standard night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial activity and generate reports for the Hotel Manager.

Front Desk Operations: Manage guest check-ins/outs during late-night and early-morning hours, maintaining the front desk float and responding to inquiries.

Safety & Security: Act as the primary overnight security presence; learn and implement the Emergency Response Manual to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Shift Transition: Overlap with opening kitchen and restaurant personnel to ensure a smooth handover as the hotel begins its daily service.
