Hercules Forwarding ULC is seeking a permanent, full-time Transborder Truck Operator for our routes between Canada and the United States, operating from our Toronto, Ontario hub.

Primary Duties:

• Execute pickups in Toronto, manage border crossings, and reach designated switch locations.

• Perform regular mechanical reviews of both tractor and trailer units.

• Demonstrate superior driving abilities centered on accident prevention.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Current AZ operator’s permit supported by a professional driving record free of infractions.

• Active Fast Card credentials.

• At least one year of transborder hauling experience is mandatory (winter navigation skills preferred).

• Successful completion of a criminal history screening is a prerequisite for hiring.

• Valid legal status to maintain employment within Canada.

• Proficiency in verbal, written, and interpretive English communication.

• Strict adherence to Department of Transportation weight limits and service hour mandates.

• Participation in unscheduled alcohol and substance screenings.

• Clear history regarding prior DOT testing results.

• Recent driver abstract generated within the last month.

• Recent CVOR history report generated within the last month.
