Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
Inventory & Logistics

Receiving & Inspection: Accurately verify incoming shipments of auto parts, checking quantities and conditions against manifests.

Stock Organization: Strategically stock parts in designated locations to maximize space and ensure fast retrieval for orders.

Order Fulfillment: Accurately “pick and pack” customer orders for shipment or local pickup, ensuring the correct parts reach the correct destination.

Auditing: Participate in regular inventory and cycle counts to maintain 100% data accuracy.
Warehouse Operations

Equipment Safety: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (on-site training is provided).

Environment Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.

Customer Interaction: Assist customers who arrive for in-person pickups, providing a professional and helpful experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Core Competencies

Physical Stamina: Ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Detail-Oriented: A strong focus on accuracy to prevent mis-picks or inventory discrepancies.
