Associate, Marketing

Job Duties

• Support the marketing team in the daily execution of administrative and operational tasks to ensure campaign deadlines are met.

• Coordinate the distribution of marketing collateral and brand assets to internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Monitor and maintain social media channels, assisting with content scheduling and community engagement.

• Gather data from various marketing platforms to help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Conduct market research and competitive audits to identify trends and benchmarking opportunities.

• Assist in the planning and execution of local brand activations, trade shows, and corporate events.

• Proofread marketing copy across digital and print media to ensure brand voice consistency and grammatical accuracy.

• Manage the marketing department’s inventory of promotional materials and samples.

• Liaise with vendors and agencies to track the status of creative deliverables and invoices.

• Provide logistical support for the creation of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Demonstrate foundational experience through a previous marketing role or a series of high-level internships.

• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional clarity.

• Manage multiple entry-level projects simultaneously in a high-energy New York office environment.

• Display a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.

• Maintain a proactive and “can-do” attitude toward learning new marketing technologies and processes.

• Work effectively as a collaborative team player who can also operate independently when required.

• Reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York, NY area for this full-time position.

• Accept the specified salary range of 47,000 to 70,000 USD as compensation for the role.
