Associate Director, Brand Marketing (Factor)

Job Duties


  • Lead the strategic development of high-impact brand campaigns to drive growth and brand equity for the Factor portfolio.

  • Manage the execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives from creative briefing through to post-campaign analysis.

  • Define and protect the brand identity to ensure a consistent visual and verbal voice across all consumer-facing channels.

  • Analyze complex market data and consumer insights to identify white-space opportunities for brand expansion.

  • Oversee the annual marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment.

  • Direct the internal creative team and external agency partners to produce world-class marketing collateral and content.

  • Collaborate with product development and supply chain teams to align marketing strategies with the product roadmap.

  • Establish and track comprehensive brand health metrics to measure awareness, consideration, and sentiment.

  • Present long-term brand visions and quarterly performance updates to the senior executive leadership team.

  • Mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals to maintain a high-performance culture and internal talent pipeline.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrate significant experience in brand management, specifically within the consumer-packaged goods or food-tech sectors.

  • Show a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing budgets and complex campaigns.

  • Possess deep expertise in digital growth strategies, social media ecosystems, and traditional media planning.

  • Exhibit exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at an executive level.

  • Apply advanced analytical skills to translate data into actionable brand strategies and growth plans.

  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively through both written reports and verbal presentations.

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Work effectively from the New York, NY office on a full-time basis.

  • Display a passion for the health, wellness, or food-tech industry and the Factor brand mission.
