Associate Director, Brand Marketing (Factor)

Job Duties


  • Drive the long-term brand vision and daily strategic decision-making for the Factor brand portfolio.

  • Develop full-funnel marketing strategies to strengthen key brand metrics, including awareness, consideration, and household penetration.

  • Oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and end-to-end implementation of high-impact brand partnerships and influencer collaborations.

  • Guide the development of premium creative assets across the consumer journey to ensure brand consistency and technical excellence.

  • Identify and execute disruptive content avenues by collaborating closely with PR, Organic Social, and Creative teams.

  • Partner with Growth Marketing leads to align brand initiatives with performance-driven channels such as CRM, Search, and Direct Mail.

  • Collaborate with physical and digital product teams to position and promote new menu offerings and service features.

  • Act as the primary brand guardian to ensure all external communications and campaigns uphold premium brand equity and unique positioning.


Requirements


  • Demonstrate at least seven years of brand marketing experience, specifically within the CPG or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sectors.

  • Evidence a successful track record of leading multi-million dollar 360-degree marketing campaigns and large-scale partnerships.

  • Exhibit deep expertise in customer segmentation, insights development, and targeted messaging strategies.

  • Show proficiency in navigating both organic and paid media landscapes to drive integrated channel success.

  • Communicate sophisticated brand strategies and performance results effectively to senior executive leadership.

  • Display a strong ability to write high-level creative briefs and provide actionable, objective feedback on creative work.

  • Navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Apply a data-driven approach to brand building by translating analytics into strategic marketing optimizations.
