Job Duties

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Direct the long-term brand vision for Factor in the New York market, ensuring all initiatives drive market share and consumer affinity.

  • Integrated Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end development of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, TV, out-of-home, and experiential touchpoints.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with the Culinary, Product, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure brand storytelling is grounded in product innovation and conversion data.

  • Creative Direction: Oversee the creative briefing process, ensuring internal and external agencies produce high-quality assets that resonate with the “health-conscious/busy professional” demographic.

  • Consumer Insights: Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to refine Factor’s brand positioning and identify high-growth audience segments.

  • Influencer & Partner Strategy: Manage high-impact partnerships with wellness influencers and brand collaborators to amplify Factor’s reach and credibility.

  • Budget Stewardship: Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI across top-of-funnel and mid-funnel activities.

  • Brand Governance: Serve as the ultimate brand guardian, ensuring consistent visual and verbal identity across all packaging, digital ads, and physical activations.

  • Performance Reporting: Present brand health metrics (awareness, sentiment, and equity) to senior executive leadership with actionable strategic recommendations.

  • Team Development: Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creative excellence, agility, and data-driven decision-making.


Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in the D2C, Food-Tech, or CPG industries.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and overseeing complex, multi-million dollar marketing budgets.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex consumer data into a compelling brand narrative and actionable marketing strategies.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external partners.

  • Creative Eye: A strong aesthetic sense and experience directing creative teams to deliver premium, brand-aligned assets.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.

  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the New York consumer landscape and current trends in the health, wellness, and meal-subscription sectors.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and a data-driven approach to measuring brand impact and customer lifetime value.

  • Project Management: Expert ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, iterative corporate environment.

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York for full-time leadership and on-site collaboration.
