Job Duties

  • Drive the strategic brand vision for Factor within the competitive New York market to increase market share and brand equity.

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, social, out-of-home, and experiential channels.

  • Manage the brand marketing budget to ensure efficient capital allocation and high return on investment across all initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the product and culinary teams to translate nutritional benefits and meal innovations into compelling brand stories.

  • Oversee the creative briefing process to ensure internal and external agencies produce assets that resonate with the target audience.

  • Utilize consumer insights and market data to refine brand positioning and identify new customer segments.

  • Partner with the performance marketing team to ensure brand messaging aligns with conversion-focused growth tactics.

  • Manage high-level influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to amplify Factor’s presence in the wellness and lifestyle space.

  • Report on brand health metrics and campaign performance to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations for future growth.

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals to foster a culture of creative excellence and accountability.


Requirements

  • Demonstrate significant experience in brand management, ideally within the food, beverage, or subscription service industries.

  • Exhibit a proven track record of scaling consumer brands through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Show expert-level proficiency in managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from initial concept to post-launch analysis.

  • Communicate with a high degree of influence and clarity when presenting to executive stakeholders and external partners.

  • Apply a deep understanding of the New York consumer landscape and current trends in health and wellness.

  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable brand insights.

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA considered a distinct advantage.

  • Display exceptional leadership qualities with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and technical agility in a fast-paced, high-growth corporate environment.

  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York metropolitan area for full-time, on-site leadership.
