About the Role As a Manager for Domino’s, you are the “Quarterback” of the store. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring our food is hot, fresh, and delivered on time. This is a high-energy role where you will manage the flow of the kitchen, lead a team of delivery drivers and service reps, and maintain the 100% professionalism our customers expect. You aren’t just managing dough; you’re managing people, resolving conflicts, and making smart, fast-paced decisions to drive store success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

  • Customer Excellence: Provide fast, accurate, and exceptional service; handle customer feedback and conflict resolution with a professional demeanor.

  • Team Management: Direct store staff, oversee scheduling, and maintain a high-energy, positive work environment.

  • Financial Oversight: Utilize strong math skills for cash management, inventory tracking, and reporting.

  • Quality Control: Ensure food safety standards are met and every order is prepared to perfection.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Character: Positive attitude, energy, and a commitment to punctuality.

  • Soft Skills: Strong oral communication, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to make smart decisions under pressure.

  • Technical Skills: Basic restaurant management and math proficiency.

  • Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check.
