Education: Ph.D. in Political Science, International Relations, or a closely related field from a Western-accredited university.
Experience: Previous teaching experience within a Western higher education system.
Communication: Excellent written and oral English communication skills are essential.
Scholarly Potential: Evidence of active scholarly activity or a strong potential for future research contributions.
