  • Employer: Bulgari Paving Inc. (A premium local contractor).

  • Location: Ottawa & Surrounding Area (On-site/Field-based).

  • Season: March 1st – November 30th (The “Paving Window”).

  • Base Compensation: $30,000 seasonal base + performance bonuses.

  • Commission Structure: * 5% on inbound leads (provided by the company).

    • 7% on self-generated projects.

  • Total Earning Potential: Advertised up to $130,000 per year.

You are the face of the company, bridging the gap between a client’s needs and the crew’s execution.
