Core Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of District Representatives to achieve aggressive sales targets and expand the Nalco Water footprint in the F&B sector.

Profit Growth: Manage the regional P&L (Profit and Loss), identifying opportunities to optimize service costs while increasing value for industrial clients.

Technical Consultation: Act as the lead expert on water treatment and hygiene solutions, helping F&B plants reduce water usage, energy consumption, and operational risk.

Client Retention: Build “C-suite” relationships with key industrial accounts, ensuring that Nalco’s value proposition is visible and documented through regular business reviews.

Safety Advocacy: Champion Ecolab’s “Safety-First” culture, ensuring all field activities and chemical handling meet the highest global standards.

Strategic Travel: Travel across the region for client meetings, site audits, and advanced technical training.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in technical sales and people leadership, ideally within the industrial or chemical sectors.
