Job Overview:
The Area Division Lead of Neurology provides visionary leadership, ensuring seamless integration of clinical, academic, and quality improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with administrative leaders, foster innovation, and support practitioners to deliver safe, patient-focused care across the region.
Requirements:

Licensed medical practitioner in good standing

Member of SHA medical staff with an academic appointment in the College of Medicine

Minimum 7 years in leadership roles with progressive advancement

Experience in dyadic leadership roles and cross-functional collaboration

Knowledge of health quality improvement processes

Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Preferred Experience:

Canadian Certified Physician Executive Credential

Advanced education in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or Leadership Studies

Participation in the CMA Physician Leadership Institute

Additional leadership/management training
