Role Overview

This BIM Modeler position is a high-impact technical role focused on the development and management of complex 3D models for diverse architectural, interior, and landscape projects. Based in the UAE, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual designs into accurate, data-rich BIM models that serve as the foundation for project documentation and schedules. You will act as a central coordination hub, working across disciplines to execute clash detection and resolve structural conflicts using Navisworks. By ensuring strict adherence to BIM protocols and local UAE regulations, you will maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, compliant construction data.

• Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing detailed 3D BIM models for architecture, interiors, and landscape.

  • Generating accurate construction drawings, technical documentation, and schedules directly from BIM models.

  • Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and landscape specialists.

  • Ensuring all models comply with project-specific standards, BIM protocols, and UAE regulations.

  • Leading and participating in clash detection processes and multi-discipline coordination meetings.

  • Maintaining model health and integrity to facilitate seamless project delivery.

  • Utilizing Navisworks for spatial coordination and interference management.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling.

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit is mandatory.

  • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and associated BIM software.

  • Proven ability to manage complex coordination tasks and communicate technical data effectively.

  • Ability to operate independently or as part of a collaborative design team.

• Preferences:

  • Previous experience within the UAE or GCC region.

  • Working knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and submission protocols.
