Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

Beverage & Guest Service

  • Specialty Craft: Prepare a full range of specialty coffee and tea beverages to company standards.

  • Transaction Management: Handle cash and digital transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.

  • Customer Experience: Provide enthusiastic and high-quality service to a diverse range of international tourists and park visitors.

Operational Upkeep

  • Maintenance: Ensure the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas are kept clean, sanitized, and organized.

  • Inventory: Assist with stocking supplies and notifying management of inventory needs to ensure the shop remains fully operational during peak tourist hours.


Qualifications & Requirements

Core Skills
