CLEAR is seeking a high-energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations at the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA). As the AGM, you are responsible for the dual mission of maintaining strict federal security compliance while ensuring that every member has a fast, friendly, and seamless journey through the airport.
Key Responsibilities & Operational Leadership
Team Leadership & Development

Coaching & Mentorship: Lead and develop a diverse team of Ambassadors and Shift Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional “frictionless” service.

Performance Management: Conduct regular check-ins, provide real-time feedback, and manage the career growth pathways for your frontline staff.

Labor Management: Oversee complex scheduling and labor allocation to ensure the CLEAR lanes are fully staffed during peak flight banks and holiday travel surges.
Security & Compliance

Policy Enforcement: Ensure 100% compliance with all CLEAR internal security policies and TSA regulatory requirements.

Integrity Oversight: Monitor biometric verification processes to maintain the highest standards of identity integrity.

Incident Response: Act as the primary point of escalation for operational hurdles or security anomalies, coordinating closely with airport authorities and the General Manager.
Customer Experience & Growth

Requirements & Qualifications
Professional Experience
