Key Responsibilities & Passenger Services

Check-In & Departure Logistics

  • Gate Coordination: Assist with boarding processes, seat assignments, and flight announcements to ensure on-time departures.

Baggage & Ticketing

  • Baggage Processing: Accurately tag and process checked luggage, ensuring compliance with weight and hazardous material restrictions.

  • Issue Resolution: Assist passengers with rebooking, upgrades, and resolving ticketing discrepancies using airline-specific software.
