• You are social! You utilize the proprietary AEO Sales Framework to interact with every visitor, helping them locate their ideal items with a “comrades-first” perspective. (Unfamiliar with the AEO Sales Framework? No stress—we will provide all the necessary instruction!)

• You are enthusiastic about AE & Aerie merchandise! Visitors rely on you for information regarding item specifics, and you are thrilled to propose products that satisfy their requirements.

• You spread the label affinity! You are motivated to present the AEO rewards initiative and secondary brand platforms to visitors.

• You are versatile! Your talents shine regardless of your assigned station, and you can transition smoothly between the Retail Floor, Point-of-Sale, Dressing Rooms, and Inventory Area as required.

• You are a creative troubleshooter! Prioritizing the visitor’s experience is your main concern, and you can independently settle guest issues while following corporate guidelines.
