Job Description
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the office through administrative responsibilities by providing support for the operations of the office by putting policies, systems and procedures in place.
• Tasks include maintaining internal and external office resources, documentation, cultivating relationships and communicating with vendors/officials, keeping office calendars, following up on partner commitments, arranging and facilitating meetings, taking meeting minutes, facilitating procurement, managing the office premises by organising maintenance and repairs, supporting trainings/workshops/meetings and coordinating logistics.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or post graduate qualifications
• Minimum working experience of 1 – 3 years in administrative roles
• Must be resourceful, flexible and have excellent multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to a professional working experience in the development sector
• S/he can be a serving or recently graduated Youth Corper already posted to FCT.
