Core Responsibilities
Ticket Sales Focus

Pipeline Generation: Research and identify leads through cold outreach, networking, and social media to close new memberships and ticket packages.

Retention & Stewardship: Build lasting relationships with casual ticket buyers to convert them into long-term season members.

CRM Mastery: Maintain meticulous records of every touchpoint within HubSpot and Ticketmaster (Architix) environments.
Group Sales Focus

Community Partnership: Act as the lead ambassador to youth soccer clubs, schools, and local organizations to sell experiential group packages.

Experience Implementation: Coordinate with game-day operations to ensure group events (e.g., halftime shows, tunnel teams) are executed flawlessly.

Market Intelligence: Leverage ticketing trends and ROI benchmarking to tailor package recommendations for large-scale community agreements.
General Operations

Matchday Activation: Support stadium logistics, fan engagement activities, and “on-the-spot” sales during live games.

Feedback Loop: Relay community trends and client feedback to internal teams to inform future marketing and promotional strategies.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1+ years in direct-to-customer sales or account management.

Education: University-level degree in Marketing, Business, English, or a related field.

Technical Stack: Proficiency in Excel, HubSpot, Monday.com, and Ticketmaster.
